Terms of Service
1. Who we are and these terms
Footballa Manager Live (the app) is operated by Footballa Games (we, us). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these terms to use Footballa Manager Live. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
- You can play as a guest or create a registered account. A registered account keeps your coins, stats, and history and lets you sign in across devices.
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us at info@footballagames.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate others or use another person's account.
4. The game and how it works
Footballa Manager Live is a free-to-play live fantasy football game. You pick a squad from a real fixture within a budget, choose a captain, and score points from live match events. Rankings and results are calculated by our servers, which are authoritative, the app displays results but does not decide them.
5. Footballa Coins (in-game currency)
- Footballa Coins ("FC") are a virtual, in-game currency with no monetary value. They are not money and are not your property.
- FC are earned within the app only. They cannot be purchased for cash, cannot be cashed out, redeemed, exchanged, sold, or transferred for money or anything of monetary value, and have no value outside the app.
- Prizes for finishing well in a match or competition are only more FC or cosmetic items of no real-world value.
- Because winnings and balances can never be converted to money or money's worth, the game is not gambling and no gambling licence applies. You must not attempt to create or use any secondary market for FC; doing so is a breach of these terms and we may suspend or close your account.
- We may adjust, expire, or reset FC balances where necessary to fix errors, run the economy, or address abuse.
6. Fair play
You must not: cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, manipulate scoring or rankings, interfere with other players, reverse-engineer or attack the service, or use the app for anything unlawful. We use server-authoritative logic and audit records to protect fair play, and may void results, adjust balances, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Match data
Live football data is provided by third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after the fact. Where a provider revises match events, we may re-score affected matches. We are not liable for provider errors or delays, but we aim to settle every match fairly on the best available data.
8. Content and intellectual property
The app, its design, brand ("Footballa"), and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial play. Club and player names are used descriptively to identify real fixtures and remain the property of their respective owners; we claim no affiliation with or endorsement by any club, league, or player.
9. Notifications
If you enable push notifications we'll send match and results alerts. You can turn these off any time in Settings or your device settings.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, for legal reasons, or to protect the app or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) do so after termination.
11. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match data will always be accurate or timely.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and because the app is free to use, our total liability to you arising from the app is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items or FC (which have no monetary value).
13. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you in the app and/or ask you to re-accept. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
