Account & Data Deletion
Delete your account in the app
- Open Footballa Manager Live.
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@footballagames.com from the address linked to your account (or tell us your in-app display name if you played as a guest) and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify it's you and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account we remove your personal data:
- your email address,
- your display name and profile details (bio, favourite team, avatar),
- your push-notification tokens, and
- your sign-in credential, so it can no longer access the account.
What we keep (anonymised)
For the integrity of the in-game economy and to meet legal/accounting obligations, some records, such as the in-game coin ledger and anti-fraud/audit logs, are kept in an anonymised form that is no longer linked to you or identifiable as you. In-game "Footballa Coins" have no monetary value and are not recoverable after deletion.
